NHS Roadshow, People’s History Museum, Manchester

August 11, 2016
People's History Museum, Manchester

From 12pm til 4pm, come visit our team’s stand at the People’s History Museum, Manchester, and bring along your NHS objects and memories!  We’d love to see any objects you have related to the NHS – baby tags, NHS specs, old prescriptions, false teeth, and will have lots of interesting and unusual objects of our own to display too!

We’ll have also have fun activities for children, including badge-making, inspired by existing activist badges, and a colouring table where they can ‘draw their NHS’, whether that be a favourite doctor or nurse, a memory, such as of vaccination, or a specific hospital or GP surgery.

To find out more please visit the People’s History Museum website, or email us at NHSEngage@warwick.ac.uk!
