An NHS miscellany at my house

Once I started looking, the NHS was everywhere in my house - a charity bookmark made to raise funds for the Christie Hospital; a fifty-pence coin celebrating fifty years of universal, free-at-the-point-of-need NHS care; and the curious tool for NHS acupuncture and acupressure treatment (or maybe for 'sham' acupuncture? I am not quite sure!) given to me by the kind NHS doctors of the British Medical Acupuncture Society.
